Wag!Reviews of wagwalking.com

I love Wag! It’s easy to use. The response time to requests are very quick. I’ve met most of the people who take care of my dogs and they are terrific. The notifications are very useful. They provide notifications when the walker is enroute, GPS tracking during the walk, notification when the work is done, and pics from the walk. My dogs always look super happy in the pics. They have a great time.

Great app! Very user friendly and found a great walker.

Good and not so good. One dog walker didn't show up for a walk and I find support very dificult to deal with.

Wag has been a life saver for me and my pup! She loves meeting the walkers and getting out of her crate for some exercise while I’m at work and I love knowing she’s in good hands and not getting bored! Plus I always get the cutest pics!

Easy to use, and I love that the app allows us to view the walk and receive photos while en route.

Wag! has been great to my puppy. I had one issue with a walker but they took care of it right away and made things right. Very satisfied with their services!

Easy to use, it allows for accountability (showing when the walkers are leaving and the route of the walk) and simplicity with payments.

I love our walker! She sends detailed accounts of their walks. One day when there had been an error in scheduling, I reached out to her and without hesitation she got to my house in ten minutes so my dog wouldn’t go so long without going outside. Great Customer Service!
