Great company. Trusted walkers

The only issues iI’ve ever had have been with the lock box. Make sure to hide an additional key somewhere else in case the lockbox door gets stuck. I’ve had the same walker since I started using Way about 2 months ago, and he’s been fantastic. Very trustworthy and writes detailed, honest reports after walks.

Every walker that we have met has been very nice and truly dog people. The one small issue I had was solved right away when I contacted customer service who were also very nice.

This is an absolutely wonderful service. It's great for the dog especially if it is in a home where the family is absent during the day. It's a wonderful help to those who have mobility challenges for whatever reason and cannot walk or exercise their pet. As for me, I just wanted my Lab to have more walking time than I am able to give her. She has bonded with her walker and knows the sound of his car. She runs to the door and waits for him to knock. I would highly recommend that you give WAG a try!!!

They don’t show up and don’t take good care of these animals. This is not a get rich quick scheme without victims! These animals deserve better as do their owners who pay an arm and a leg to have someone take care of them. They also don’t actually honor their credits and still charge your credit card the full amount. I hate wag and will tell anyone that will listen about the terrible expieriences I have had.
