It has been great using wag for my new puppy.

1. The reps on the phone are not always available and do not answer my questions directly. They are kind but not helpful and I have to re-explain my issues, wants and needs over and over again. 2. Though my preferred walkers are great with my dogs one of them has taken liberties in my home that I was unhappy with. This is a training issue.

Love the idea and the attention to detail on the app! And the fact that the walkers are are all screened first is great!

I am obsessed with Wag. I am blown away by the impeccable communication and consistent ability from customer service to make sure I am fully happy with all service provided. I feel very safe with the service even though strangers are gaining access to my house. I love the reviews and ratings each walker has and I love the daily walk diaries and updates. I have already recommended this service to so many friends....keep up the awesome work!!

We are so happy we found Wag!! Our Bichon Frise and Maltitzu are happy every time they walk with their dog Walker! He always sends cute videos, pictures, and a thoughtful message on their daily report card. This service has helped save us so much time and worry about our dogs while we're away!

Great caring dog walkers- needs improvement on the app/site access for problem solving, ie; difficulty with timely communication to the “person in charge “ , slow response at times when changing walk times, great idea , great human workers, very reliable on the walks, excellent tracking of the walks and what takes place on walks, highly recommend WAG to anyone- fix the bugs and you’ll be perfect :)
