The mobile app looks good but the navigation isn't intuitive and some features are hide to find. I HATE the fact you can't rebook individual walkers and have to go through the weird favorites process. Letting an unknown individual into your home is worrying enough so dealing with one or two people on a regular basis is better for me. This is especially true on overnight stays, Wag too an extraordinary amount of time to find someone for an overnight sit in my house so I have a feeling the person was quite random.

While generally prompt in booking, I've had a lot of difficulty communicating with Wag. I recently tried to cancel a few walks, and there was no easy way to do this online. I sent in a message via the 'contact us' option and never received a reply. When I got a message saying that my 'regular' walker wasn't available (he has cancelled many times) and they were looking for a replacement, I wrote back to remind them that I had asked to cancel the walk. I was told that the walks were cancelled. Then the next day a walker showed up at my house looking for my dog who wasn't there. I wrote back to the same text chain to ask why the walk hadn't been cancelled, only to speak with a different person who told me that the walk had somehow been triple booked (not by me) and only one walk had been cancelled. I'm waiting to see how much I'll be charged this week, since my trust in the app is quickly deteriorating. In addition to not having an easy way to cancel walks on the site, it's very frustrating that the only way to leave a note for the walker is during the exact time the walk is taking place. We were at a wedding the other night and wanted the walker to feed our dog when he left. Since there was no way to communicate this on the app, I left a physical paper note for the walker by the leash, which he clearly didn't read or ignored, since the food we had left out was still on the counter when we got back late at night to a very hungry dog. I plan on looking for someone on Rover to switch soon.

I've gotten some hiccups in the system, but the people are super nice and try to help you as best as they can. The app itself is a tad bit wacky, but over all it's good and gets the job done.

Wag has been a lifesaver for me! I work an unpredictable schedule, and having the ability to get a walk on demand is such a relief. I am also able to schedule regular walks with a consistent walker who knows my dog. Customer service is good and has been receptive when I’ve had concerns about walkers.

Grateful for the Waggers we have had come take care of our puppy. It helps take away the stress of worrying about him needing to go to the bathroom and being bored. It is the highlight of my day to receive status updates, videos, and his report card for being a good boy!

I’ve been using wag for several months and love it! I found a preferred walker and she has been amazing. I love knowing that my dog is getting the daily exercise he needs while I’m at work. I would highly recommend this service. Their customer service is also very good!

Easy to use, customer service is great and responds very quick. No complains. Will definitely recommend!
