The app could use a few more features, but the customer service is exemplary and the prices are fair.

Dog walkers have been great! Think it is slightly overpriced.

Walkers have all been fantastic and respectful of my home. However, I have had issues with Wag customer support. Customer support tends to be slow to respond if you email. The app is a little buggy at times but I’m sure that will improve over time.

I wish there were 15 minute walk options. Also, $20 per walk plus tip starts to add up 5 days a week.

I love that Way is easy and quick to use, but I wish rescheduling a walk was possible in the app instead of cancelling and starting a whole new request.

I enjoy wag services a good but! Sometimes it is hard to get a walker quickly. Also when you reschedule a walk the new walker can't see any of your profile information. Other than that it's great.

My walker is amazing and cares a lot for the pups. The app is pretty good but at times bugs out. Over all I've been using Wag walked for 6 weeks, m-f. I don't think I can go back.
