The dog walker was fabulous and reliable. I only gave Wag 4 stars because their app is not very user friendly.

Wag is awesome for random times you need a walker. They are too pricey to use consistently. It would also be nice to coordinate a regular walker through wag.

Overall a great app and service provider. The walkers are very friendly and responsive when I am in need of contacting my scheduled walker. The app is also very convenient and text follow-up is very punctual. When I schedule my walks in advance I always am able to get my preferred walkers. One two occasions I've had a hard time getting an ASAP walk because response time was so slow. Customer service is usually very good at getting in touch with me to ensure they are working diligently on my request and will not charge if a walker cannot be found in the time frame you need.

Extremely convenient, but have had some issues with unreliable walkers, and getting a timely response from Wag customer service. This could be better if there were a way to directly contact your assigned walker but you have to go through Wag if there are any problems or you need to check in with your walker before they have actually checked in for the walk.

Wag! has been a lifesaver for me and my new German Shepherd puppy. I work full-time, so it’s great to be able to schedule walks on the go at any time. The app is simple to use and I’m usually able to book a walker within twenty minutes of my request. I wish it wasn’t so expensive, though, as that’s the only downside to the service.

Our Wag Walker, Tracy, is wonderful! She is very caring to my pup. I am so relieved that he gets the exercise he needs while I am work.
