Convenient service and all walkers have taken great care of my dog. She walks for 30 mins 5x a week. I wish there were bundle discounts for those of us that do numerous pre-scheduled walks. Love the videos and photos of the walks. I’ve been approached via text or by leaving business cards in my house by some walkers about their own side businesses that would compete with Wag which makes me uncomfortable. I use Wag because it is bonded and insured in the event of an issue and it’s an on demand service which an individual walker can’t provide me. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with very sweet walkers - my dog is happy during my work day which is priceless to me!

I love Wag! It’s very conviniment for busy professionals and makes it possible to have a puppy. Most of my walkers have been lovely. The only reason I dropped one star is because the walkers are often very late. That becomes a problem when I’m on a schedule.

Wag has been a lifesaver!! My schedule can be crazy and sometimes I’m not home in time to let my dog out, and Wag is always there to save me & her!

something seriously out of whack with the trustpilot reviews. I see many of them are 1st time reviewers, which is suspect. On Google Play there are many 1 star reviews, and the walkers only get 50% of the fee, apparently (it doesn't cost that much to code an app!) I am also told that you can't actually rate a wag walker, until they have walked your dog, so all the ones that don't show up don't get scored down for letting you down.

Wag is the gift that keeps on giving! I tried Wag several weeks ago, with some reservations (trusting strangers to enter my house, appropriately caring for my dog, safety, etc). After booking my first walk, I was sold! I was notified about the approximate time that the walker would arrive, another notification when the walk began, real time tracking of the walk, a follow up showing exactly where the dog peed/pooped, and my favorite part ` the report card from the walker with any important information and feedback!!!! I have recommended Wag to everyone!

Great last minute walking service. I used wag after trying to set up walking with my dog by calling a few numbers I saw on fliers, but then having the walkers bail on me at the last minute. Getting desperate, I tried out wag. Generally, it's worked really smoothly -- I can set up the walks well in advance, or at the last minute. I requested a free lockbox for my keys, so even when I use different walkers every day of the week its easy for them to get in. The app lets you leave very specific directions for the walkers, and they leave you pictures and a detailed update when you are done. I only have 2 reservations. The first is the price, which is about 25% more than I pay our regular walker. You do get a lot of bells a whistles for the extra cash (real-time, GPS monitored walks, photos, updates), but I'd rather pay less as long as I know the person. However, I'm happy to pay the premium when my walker is sick or busy and I need to find a new walker in the next few hours. The other reservation is that, like Uber, you can sometimes get a bad walker. Most have been great, but I had one who couldn't handle my dog and left our lock box unsecured. Luckily the app lets you block walkers you don't like from future jobs. All in all, I think it's a great service that I will be using regularly in the future.
