Every experience I have had with Wag has been positive. The walkers truly love dogs and the app gives you confidence that your pup is being well cared for. The report card is a cute and an informative way to learn about your pup’s elimination and distance with a cute final picture to end it with!

Horrifying i thought it wasdone but once i was a thousand miles from home the wag businesz screwed up my deal was an incredible horrifying nightmare i eill never never use wags again and i am a business person this app sux!!!

For what it is I'd say I've had an 86% satisfaction in how the gig workers have taken care of my dog. I have had a sitter leave my dog in a kennel for 4 days sitting in his own filth. And another who was looking in on my dog and cat didn't notify me the cat developed a skin infection. Her litter hadn't been cleaned which was the cause. If you're just looking for a good dog walking service, this is an exceptional one. For the vet chats, that too is worth it. But the app is buggy, and slow. Sometimes it takes .ore than an hour to get a walker to come and let my dog out. I will not use this app again for overnight services. I will be boarding my dog from now on and my cat after the skin infection fiasco. It cost about $400 to resolve everything with the skin.

Almost every walker we’ve gotten has been fabulous, and even the ones that weren’t were good. However, their “chat” function is insufficient and there is no way to get hold of them in an emergency. It’s incredibly frustrating. If they’d just put a customer service phone # on their web site or app, that would solve the problem.
