I created an account to rate a friend so she could start walking dogs. The account creation process was a normal one. In classic business fashion, as soon as I created an account, they started spamming me with emails - so I went to delete my account. Following their prompts on the app lead you to scanning your photo ID to ensure the "primary holder of the account is the one deactivating it" - though I did not have to scan my ID to create my account. This is an obvious overreach into personal data and should be held in consideration when creating an account.

Terrible We drove over to our daughter’s house at 1 in the morning because the app removed the chat and my daughter could not be assured anyone was at her home, thank heaven, a car was there. No customer service, the next day a call center from ( of course India) told her she was using the the wrong email, you know the email they were communicating with her on. Really wouldn’t trust it as far as I far as I could throw them.
