Service has been great.

More than 6 different Wag! walkers have walked our dog since he was 4 months old. All of them have been wonderful. The app allows me to know exactly where the walker is at all times with my dog, and they always provide me with photos and even video clips so that I know my dog is being cared for. I've been able to use Wag! at the last minute when work runs late and I'm in a bind, and I've been able to schedule the walks in advance. This resource has been so helpful to us. I wish it had been around when our last golden retriever was a puppy and I had young children at the time and just couldn't get our dog the exercise he needed. I'm really happy with this service. I notice a positive difference in our dog on the days when he gets a Wag! walk.

I have had great walkers and then absolutely horrible ones that drove my dog around in their car. I think the scanning and approving process for walkers needs work.

Great features but they really should let you cancel without being penalized. I have had to reschedule and walk my dog myself because a walker was half an hour late! I couldn’t just cancel and it’s not my fault if a walker also accepts an ASAP walk, says they will arrive by a certain time and then CHANGES their ETA to an hour from that original time. I canceled that walker because I found that unprofessional and really inconvenient to myself and my dog who was waiting even longer than I anticipated. So they need to create way better standards and expectations for ASAP walks and committing to arriving ON TIME and if not, they should be penalized. I am a current wag walk and I don’t understand how these walkers can’t prepare and arrive when they literally tell the owner they will arrive. Especially when the owner is home! I was on crutches two weeks ago and told the walkers this but they wouldn’t show and I’d have to resend an ASAP request for a more prompt and serious walker! So unreliable sometimes. As a user of the app I’m a little disappointed.
