Good walkers, but customer service via text is annoying and they didn't get back to me on a situation where the dog walker entered my apartment for 10 minutes and then canceled her walk that day and the following days. They said it was due to an emergency, but she had the key checked out from my doorman for 10 minutes before returning it.

The best app I ever downloaded! The wag walker is great and comes every weekday right on time and the dogs love her👍🏻

My walkers have been great but customer service not so much. I feel that my calling and asking for help was putting them out. Also my friend gave me a week of walks I tried to use the site to redeem but I couldn’t get it to work and when I tried to get info the guy was rude. I sent a message but they said I couldn’t get it since I’ve already had walks

I have had nothing but great experiences with Wag since I began using their services in the early Fall. Each and every one of the walkers who has come to take care of my hairy little boy. He loves having someone come and visit in the middle of the day and enjoys his walks every time. I highly recommend Wag for dog walking services.

I think the pricing is a bit steep. I would certainly use the platform more regularly if the prices were more reasonable for daily use customers. I typically choose the 60 minute walk, which is $30, plus any tip. If the pricing was scaled back I could see myself using the platform at least two or three more times per week. Currently, I just can't afford to use this platform more than once or twice a week, maximum.

I have had several different walkers and they all have been great. Really seem to care about my puppy and her progress. Always generous with comments and pictures too!

My husband and I recently moved to San Diego with our dog. Having no family or friends here and with me being a nurse and working 12 hour shifts we had to find a company we could trust to come and walk our dog during the day. At first we were a little apprehensive about having a stranger come into our home when we are not there, but wag has been amazing. The app gives me a lot of assurance about the well being of my dog Jojo during the walks and the walkers have been nothing short of amazing. Jojo has to be picked up to go down and up stairs due to previous back surgery and the walkers have been amazing about this specific need he has. Wag has made my work days a lot less stressful!! Thank you wag!!!!
