Great app and service

I have been using Wag since Fall 2018 and I have been pretty happy. The only thing that is problematic is how "hit or miss" the ASAP option is for walkers. I have had several occasions when they were unable to honor an ASAP request with 12 hours or less notice. Sometimes, my schedule changes unexpectedly, so having the ability to rely on that function is a big point for me. Other than that, my dog Willie really seems to like the walkers he has met and the service takes a load off my mind when I cannot be there myself for him.

Wag is incredible. The customer support team is fast and responsive. The walkers have all been fantastic. It has made my life so much easier. Would recommend this service to anyone.

Love Wag! Such a great resource living in a city. It fully relieves the stress of having to rush home to let doggo out. I feel so much more laid back knowing I can always take care of her, one way or the other.

Most of my experience has been great. Walkers are friendly ( those I meet) timely and really love my dog. There was one awful glitch however that caused me great stress. On a day I was delivering a training, I got a message that the walkers scheduled to care for my dog ( there were two walks that day0 wouldn't be available. This came 45 minutes before I was to leave. Stress-city. It all worked out but it was a terrible mistake, hence the 4 rather than 5 star rating.

Absolutely love this app. Have used about 15 times, and the process is seemless. The walkers are wonderful and communicative.

WAG has made it possible for me to commute to work without worrying if my dog will be home alone for too long. Their walkers are all great and leave a great report and take a cute picture to settle my worried dog-mom mind. I've had very few issues with the service and any problems I did have were promptly addressed and resolved.
