Except for two walkers my experience has been positive. The first walker you took care of for me. The second seems to have gotten the message I sent and appears to be turning her act around. The rest of my walkers I am pleased with. They are prompt my dogs like to see them come and they walk them the full 20 minutes.

The walkers I have met are nice, but it won’t work if your schedule isn’t flexible because they change the times on you all the time or people don’t show up and they send someone new and it takes time.

Always get someone quickly to walk my dog which relieves my stress. My walkers are wonderful and should be congratulated.

I really have enjoyed the experience with WAG. Tried Rover and the walk ended up not happening at all. WAG is usually pretty quick to get notification from a walker. And the app is wonderful to watch the photos, videos, and distance. Wish there were more incentives to get free walks like other services in Seattle. But overall I have no complaints.

Very pleased. Have loved all the dog walkers we've had. We just had a baby so between our two children it's sad to say our poor pooch had been missing her daily walks. Not anymore though! Totally worth the price

Very shady practices I call “bait and switch” they send you an offer with a discount for a walk with a walker “in the area” and a picture of your favorite walker - so you think that it is with that person - but it ISN'T! Very poor. They call and text and harass you while you are trying to work! I am so disappointed- it could be such s great service but I think maybe there are too many people involved and no one knows what is going on - just poorly run - too bad!

They keep sending dog walkers even though I didn't schedule them...why? I don't have a smart phone so I'm not able to schedule appointments properly
