I love my walker! I would recommend Wag to any dog owner!!

TERRIBLE AND INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR BY WALKER I have used wag several times without incident. However, this most recent time, I watched on my nest security camera the walker come into my home and go through all my cabinets and drawers. I'm not sure what he was looking for. He did not appear to take anything but he was off view of the camera for some time so I can't be sure. I was horrified and felt very unsafe. I immediately called customer service and after being transferred several times was told there was no one currently working from their "resolutions" team who could help me with my incident. All they could do was refund me for the walk and block the walker from walking my dog again - seems pretty small consequence for a serious incident.

My walker has always been on time and I like that I’m able to book my preferred walker... given my dog Zack doesn’t always take a liking to new people.. wag has been very professional and has handled any issue I have come across... sure there will be glitches once in awhile but I believe with the right feed back this service will only get better

Terrible customer service and not enough walkers. Twice they just didn’t show up to walk my dog, didn’t call but sent some text message that I didn’t see until later that no walker ended up being available. When I tried to talk to customer service spent 45 min on the phone with someone offshore that couldn’t help. Really unhappy with service

As a full-time professional, I hate leaving my dog at home all day. With Wag!, I don't have to. I was nervous that my dog would run and hide from strangers who came into the house. At first, she had her reservations. But the Wag! walkers have all been extremely patient and persistent, going above and beyond to coax her out of her shell. Now she's a bit more accustomed to the routine. The walkers are always fast, responsive, and friendly, and always do a cute little write-up of how the walk went, which consistently brightens my day. The biggest value I get from Wag! is that I can make the decision to schedule a walk at any point during my day, and so far I've had 100% success with my requests being granted within 1 to 5 minutes. I don't need to worry about hunting down and contacting individual people or maintaining relationships with a bunch of dog walkers. Wag! employees I've interacted with over text have always been quite nice and helpful. Prices seem pretty fair, but definitely not cheap. Sometimes I get texted about discounts if walkers are already in my neighborhood, which is nice. No idea what percentage of the money goes directly to the walker. The app doesn't have a great UI and needs a little work. Overall though, I've had a good experience with Wag!.

Twice now there has been an issue with walkers being on time. The first time, the walker said there was a global issue with the app and were unable to open their schedule to get to my dog on time. The second time, Wag was unable to reach our scheduled walker. My dog's walk did not take place until over an hour after her walk was scheduled. I'm, also, disappointed in the lack of customer service that has followed there errs. We were warned about issues with Wag prior to trying them because of their inconsistency. We were fooled by the convenience of Wag. We have begun exploring other options available.

We have only had the best experiences with Wag. Wonderful services and our dogs are so happy to be out and about. Absolutely would recommend

I've been very happy with Wag. My preferred walker Jerry really knows my pup and does a wonderful job with him. he's always on time and sawyer really enjoys his walks!!
