really high quality sitters!

I have worked with wag for about three years now. The flexibility Id great and you can make money at your own leisure. Unfortunately being on the working end of wag there isn’t customer service that answers many questions. It’s more so a consumer friendly app and they allow pet parents to report you for literally anything. They don’t ask you what the situation was. This has happened a few times to me. They suspend your account without warning and want you to pay $299 in order to restore it even if the accusation isn’t true. Otherwise you wait like 10 days for it to be restored. I’ve had a lot of great experiences as well but there needs to be a way that caregivers don’t get penalized just on pet owners words. Rover is definitely better when it comes to helping both ends in a situation like that.

Wag has made going to work and leaving my pups so much easier. I know they are in good hands. So many of my walkers for the last 2 1/2 years have done such an amazing job and gone above and beyond just walking the dogs. They truly care.

NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE. A walker named Alexa went into my home and locked the bottom lock with a door that has a keypad I am out of the country and now there is no access to my home. My dog has not been fed . She blamed me and was not caring at all.

LeShae is perfect for this job! Her caring and gental way won my dog Georgie over right away. LeShae does a wonderful job each and every time.

The dog walkers from wag are most always reliable, prompt , courteous & take good care of Brady. The app itself can be glitchy & customer service difficult to reach...The walkers make it worth it.

Garret is the best. We have a two year old Great Pyrenees who is over 100lbs and she loves her walks with him. She is a big girl with a big bark and even though extremely friendly she can intimidate some people. Not Garret. I highly recommend Garret as a dog walker. I would give him more than five stars if I could.
