We scheduled a dog sitter to watch our dog while we went on vacation. We talked to the sitter that morning to confirm, everything was good. We leave at 1pm and sitter was supposed to be here 3-6pm. We get a notification from the app that a new sitter was being looked for at 7:30pm. By that time we are 6 and a half hours away. No other sitter was available, obviously, so we were screwed. Had to turn around and drive back home. Lost the $2k that the condo at the beach cost. I tried to contact Wag! And you get talk to anyone. They don’t have support. You can only email them and hope to hear back. I got a response 24 hours later and they offered to send a free $20 wellness check for my dog. Very inhumane. Just be careful when booking anything with this company.

We got Wag about 3yrs ago and found Josh thru it. He helped potty train Ada our puppy at the time and does a great job still coming over for drop ins during the work day. And has stayed at our house on multiple occasions to watch the dogs when we travel and does a great job keeping them on schedule with walks and food and medications

I spent $50 in hopes to get work from this app as I am having trouble finding a job and there is never work on here. They refuse to give me a refund and are trying to make it seem like it's my fault that I can't get any work when they aren't providing any. I live in a popular city as well. Don't waste your money. Use rover instead.

Working for wag has it's ups and downs. I never get walks anymore because wag itself keeps putting my status available for request only everyday. It's weird and I keep putting looking for walks and I check back it's back on request. And I never do walks because people request them late in the day or night. Who wants to walk a dog at 11 pm? This is my only source of payment for now and I can't even do this. when I do have a person they are usually nice and understanding. I like that they have a walker timer on their app it helps a lot

I am so happy to use wag when I need an occasional dog walker. My Sammy is so excited to get a walk and all of the walkers I have used have been. I also really appreciate the message notifications on pee & poo and where he walked, it's a nice feature.

Wag offers Pet Sitters, Boarding & Dog Walkers to accommodate pets' needs. This service is valuable & convenient. I was able to put instructions for Pet CareGivers in the app. My FurBabies were so relieved to go for a potty break & walk.
