Wag!Reviews of wagwalking.com

I love WAG service. My dog walker is super approachable and cares about my pet, he is available via text which I like a lot. I love getting pictures of them on their walk, and it is super affordable. I don't have to worry about my pup while I am at work. The lockbox came quickly and the WAG walker always makes sure to lock my door which was a big worry of mine. He even let me know this is his full time job, which I appreciate because it makes me feel even more comfortable given his "expertise". Wag is awesome.

Hello Everyone interested in the WagWalking community, I have had an unsatisfactory experience with this company. I am uncertain if this is a common or rare experience. Upon applying to become a dog walker and reaching out when uncertain about my profile status and how to book gigs, I was offered support on how to book walkers for my dog. Now, that may seem confusing, but was my experience. I was uncertain how to begin booking gigs once the website said my profile was 100% complete. However, when reaching out via the WagWalking website, app, and Wag concierge Alex (multiple times), I have only received information as if I were a dog owner looking for a dog walker to book walks for my dog. I do not know how to get the information I need to begin booking walking gigs for dog owners. Thus, I am not satisfied with the WagWalking support team.

Love the app. Has made my life so much easier. Sometimes I need a dog walker after 7:45 pm or later. I understand it’s tough to find walkers that late. However, the app does not let me know they cannot find someone until the next day which Is frustrating. Other than that, I love it.

Love the service I had a couple of problems but customer care took care of the problem right. Away

Really enjoy the app. Some amazing caring dog walkers. More discounts would encourage me to use the app more.

Great and caring walkers. They are good and care a lot for the pets they walk. They know what to do. Definitely would recommend Wag.

Wyatt was my walker for most of the days & he was excellent.

Holy cow, think twice before allowing a total stranger into your home and around your beloved pets. Just signed a petition on Care2 this morning about a customer who caught a Wag walker severely abusing her dog on home surveillance camera. Guy has been charged. The petition asks Wag to do background checks on the people it encourages its customers to let into their homes. If Wag isn’t already, then that is a huge fail. If it is performing such checks, they’re ineffective. Regardless, a propensity to abuse animals is highly unlikely to show up on a background check. If you wouldn’t leave your kids with the person, then don’t leave your dog. Do your research and use your head...and if you still decide to trust this service, turn on your cameras!
