I truly could not dislike this company more. The walkers are not fully checked, I had one walker come to my house leave my dogs out in danger and then leave and take the key to the house. Still have not received a refund. all Support agents seemed to be outsourced so if something major happened you would be left on your own. DO NOT USE WAG

Two separate dog walkers have left my dog off leash in my apartment (despite finding them chained or locked up) I have several hundreds of dollars in damage that I am dealing with. Alex in the Resolutions Dept took several days to even return a phone call. I spoke with him on Monday 3-11 and asked that a manager call me back. It's been 72 hours and I haven't heard anything. Do NOT use this company. They refuse to take responsibility for their dog walkers and any damage incurred by their negligence.

Okay so my review is not about the actual dog walkers they are all great. They take care of your dog and follow instructions to the tee. But beware if you need to book a walk at the last minute that’s where the problems come in. At least in my area I have been unsuccessful 5 out of 5 tries for last minute walks. I’m talking about requesting the morning of an afternoon walk time request. Also you might receive same day promotions for discounted walks good luck getting a booking. The administrative portion of Wags sucks but the dog walking is superb.

Horrible company

the idea is brilliant, the service easy to use and my walker is fabulous and caring. paus close attention tp my dog and his behavior before, during and after his walk.

I use wag on a weekly basis and absolutely love it and so does my dog. I work one long shift per week and my dog is walked and happy.

I have used them many times. Great people, great service....,no issues. Will continue to use.

My walkers are always friendly and take the best care of my dog. The app and services are extremely user friendly. Payment is way and allows you to leave a tip. I love that you can gps where your puppet is on their walk. The lock box makes it very easy to use and I don’t have to worry about not being able to find my key later.
