i love wag! they are there when you need and have excellent customer service!

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. These people are con artist for real. It’s always something with this app no structure at all, and to make matters worse these people refuse to give you your money back for there negligence and just being completely unorganized. I once paid for a walk and 4 different walkers came in my home every hour to walk my dog and wag charged me 4 different times. It was raining that day which I didn’t even know until I come home and my dog is drenched and shaking. I was beyond peed off. Ive also have had walkers fake like they walked my dog and never stepped foot to my door I get notifications that the walk started while staring my dog dead In the face the last straw for me was when these people offered me a discount available for 2 days only I ask could I use it for both days I got text receipts saying yes! I was charged full price for both days and they refused to give me my money back they also said they never charged me the full price I sent a bank statement showing that they did and they told me that the walk is already completed and there was nothing they could do

This is the most unreliable, poor customer relations company I have used in two states. From their app, I hired a morning dog walker. She was perfect, my dog liked her, and I let her know I would be contacting Wag to use her as a dog walker during my post hip surgery recovery, for approximately six weeks. I ordered the service and left for a PT appointment. When I returned home a few hours later I had a text from someone named Becca saying that Wag was substituting another walker (in spite of my written request and telling the walker) bc they couldn't reach me while I was at physical therapy. No apologies. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

We had a dog sitter have a party at our house, drink our alcohol, go through our cabinets and steal prescription pain meds, and leave it trashed. Still haven’t heard back from customer service. Do not trust this service!! Might be ok for walks but not ok to trust with your home!!!

I work nights and have had multiple 10pm walks with no one showing up after claiming the walk. This is annoying because my dog ends up having accidents since I’m gone for 14 hours at a time. Also, not everyone knows how to put a harness on her so some even go without using it. She has a very small head for her body and can slip out of her collar easily and needs to wear the harness on all walks.

I have been using wag for a long time now as a walker and a pet owner. However, recently I have experienced a lot of issues with wag. I was recently charged three times for a single walk. Wag refunded me for one walk but says they do not see the other charge. I even sent them my bank statement that proved I was charged three times and was still not refunded. I was also charged a month later for a walk I got and wasn’t notified about any of it. As a walker, I was trying to reach out about entering a home that was not clear in the directions. Upon calling wag, they told me that my issue was not urgent and they could not help me. Also as a walker, be aware of scams! I was scheduled for a walk and then received a call from the pet owner saying the walk was canceled but wanted my bank information in order to refund me and give me the "$100 bonus" for being a great walker. Just be careful!

Love Wag! Friendly walkers with great advice.

I was very nervous to use a service as my dogs are my babies. Wag is wonderful. They keep me updated so I know who is coming, send photos and videos throughout the walk, and let me know anrthing they observe that may be unusual. Also, I know they are caring, because my dogs are so happy when Wag gets to the door, and so Zen when their walk is done.
