I have used other dog walking groups and been disappointed with the lack of service. Walkers not showing up or arriving over an hour late. Wag has been excellent from the online notification to the dog walkers. Zachary is a wonderful dog walker and Venus, who can be wary of strangers, loves him. He is always on time, extremely pleasant and knows how to handle a strong dog. The report cards are great. Texts letting me know the arrival time of our walker and being able to follow the walk on the wag app put wag wag ahead of the other dog walking groups.

I've been using Wag consistently since September of 2018 and they are absolutely terrible. I've had the pleasure of meeting some great dog walkers but ANYONE can be a dog walker.. experienced or not. in November of 2018, I had a walker unleash my dog in a public park with no gate. Of course my dog ran back to my apartment building and thankfully did not get struck by a car. When the dog walker caught up to him several witnesses stated the dog walker grabbed my dog by the neck and hit him. Witnesses also stated he was carrying him by the neck. My poor dog, who was a foster at the time, has not been the same since. My dog was a rescue who was left to die in the streets of Mexico and WAG employs people like this. The dog walker had the audacity to ask for a tip in the report card. I played phone tag with my case manager but eventually communicated with her via email. I was constantly promised $150 worth of credits. I never received those credits or any update about the walker. More recently, March 2019, a woman went out of her way to stop me on the streets and told me she witnessed a WAG walker chocking my dogs and saying "look what you made me do." Appalled because I had no way of finding out who this was. Every time I called they can never find my account. I'm always told this will be fixed and it never is. Another recent incident is when I requested a walk at 5pm. The walker accepted but needed a cover and it literally says in my notes 5:25 is the latest time to arrive because my leasing office closes then and they can only give out an extra key. The dog walker who accepted the cover gave an estimated time of 5:35 and the 4:45. I contacted WAG via text and got no response UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. I'm so sick of spending HUNDREDS of my money on this awful company. If you want BETTER customer service and TRUSTWORTHY walkers, use Rover! Their new on demand service has been great.

Horrifying experience! The dog Walker didnt clean after my dog at my apartment building's hallway. I got fined, received a very nasty letter from the board, and currently assessing if I can keep the dog. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated by my neighbors on my floor. Called the customer service and said someone will reach out within 24 hours and that did not happen. Called again, the person who answered had an attitude and told me that they will reach out within 48 to 72 hours! This is a scam, stay away from this horrifying and unprofessional service. It's just not worth the money.

Would give negative starts if I had the option. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Their wag walker neglected my dog and opened a ticket, yet I cant get a hold of whoever is assigned to my ticket because they don't have "direct lines" and cannot transfer me to the correct department. I have sent countless emails called their main line, left voicemails, texts and cannot talk to anyone. I have never been so frustrated with a company that I am considering calling a lawyer. Their company does not care about their customers or the well being of the dogs they service. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS!!!!

This service has been the perfect solution for affordable pet care during my work week. My walker, Sandi, is amazing!!!

Representative was rude and told me I didn't know my own email address.

Such a good service in theory but the app is total garbage. It's also extremely tedious that a walker can accept my walk but then can bail within an hour of when they're supposed to be there. I've had a majority of good walkers, though. And customer service is always responsive. Just wish the app didn't glitch as often as it does. And since it does, I wish we could book walks online.

I have an excellent experience with Wag. One suggestion. Don’t charge extra for preferred walkers .
