Unreliable.

Never acknowledged my dogs walk. Never informed me that she would not be walked. Sent texts asking status got no response . Finally found number to call got woman on the phone very rude and unhelpful basically telling me my dog was out of luck.finally a girl responded at 4 to take dog out.,no concern from Wag or even an apology. I would not trust them with my pet again and if you care about your pet I would find another service. I am so done with WAG. Certainly not the company they advertise to be. Horrible!

Kathryn has walked Bella multiple times. Each time she shows just how much she cares about her, from bringing an umbrella to try and keep her dry to a water dish so she can stop during the walk to have a drink when its warm. It is amazing to know someone is looking out for Bella when I am not around. I have recommend Wag to multiple people. I love it.

My daughter signed up for a free 30 min walk. She was not going to be home however and wanted me to answer the door and give the dogs to the Walker. I informed her I was not going to be home so she needed to cancel it. The guy showed up early while I was downstairs changing and didn't hear the doorbell but heard my puppy barking. I headed upstairs and standing in my house was the dog walker. Apparently because no one answered the door he let himself in and could not understand why I had a problem with that. Just kept repeating well I knocked and nobody answered. Didn't you hear me ? Sooooo an unanswered door equates walk on in ? a stranger, someone I've never met in my life. He wouldn't get out of my house. I kept telling him to get out, he wouldn't do it. He actually said no I want to figure out the situation. To which let me break it down slowly for you ... you walked into my house without permission and now you're refusing to leave. There's nothing else to this situation that's it. He continues making excuses as to why it's okay that he let himself into my house all the while he has got the door open the same one he's refusing to walk back out of and my dog escapes. So now he ends up letting my dog out who will take off and does. At that point I really blow up. He is now out of my house and has the audacity to tell me I'm a rude bit. ch.....really? So what is the moral of the story? I'm not really sure except that even if I had ordered a dog walker 10 minutes prior to him being there , if I don't answer my door no one has the right just to walk in. The most concerning thing is he didn't understand that at all. And now I'm left with having to keep an extra eye on my home because I don't know what he might come back and try to do. And what if psycho boy is walking some dog for someone and decides he should just keep the dog or that they don't deserve to have this dog then what? Obviously these people are not screened and they're not going to be set up to be able to do that anyway heck I can't even find an administrator or someone to even verbally talk to about this.

Love it! They have really helped us in a pinch and now our dog has more people that love her!!

Wag has been great! On time, and our dog has loved going on walks with the wonderful walkers! The house was always locked back up! Thank you !!

All the dog walkers have been great. This service has been a huge plus for me and my GSD. Highly recommended!
