Terrific customer support. Safeguards are in place for both us dog walkers and the pet parents. The app is simple to navigate and effective. The information on the app about the pet, access to the pet parents, and the lock boxes, is very thorough. Great company!

Wag sends a walker to my house every day including Saturdays and Sundays. They are cheerful and caring. The one time that no walker showed up, I got a message from Wag saying that they noticed that no-one was walking Molly and within an hour they had other walker here. My doorman and various staff all report that the walkers love my dog and are very good with her.

Absolutely thrilled with the service that Wag! provides. Very fair price, and all walkers are such nice, thoughtful dog people. I look forward to reading the personal message sent by the walker through the app after every walk. Also, I always show anyone around me the picture sent along with the message - it always puts a simile on everyone's faces !

I have ordered a wag lock box three times and each time it goes to a different address. Each time they assure me that the address is being entered correct and each time it goes to a street address the same as mine but a different city. So disappointed.
