Love wag. I always get a report and often get a couple of videos. I usually get a Walker confirmed within 10 minutes.

Wag is super easy to use, convenient and I love the walkers. I've been a customer for a few years, probably since they first started. Never had any issues, and my dog is super happy to have some always available to walk him when I can't. They sometimes offer discount last minute walks and other offers.

Convenient and reliable walkers have been the key to keeping us as loyal Wag users. The app is easy to use and we have never been disappointed with the walkers. We first started using wag after I had knee surgery but after I healed up I realized I wasn’t quite ready to tackle our 2 German shepherds. What a blessing this service has been

Unfortunately this is a completely unreliable service. Last night I scheduled an advanced walk for 8 pm hours in advance but walkers kept confirming and canceling. I spent all night worrying about my dog and on the phone with customer service reps and no one ever came to walk my dog!! A separate deeply disturbing incident occurred in the past with Wag. I cancelled an evening walk since no walkers were available. I received text confirmation that my walk had been cancelled but I woke up to a "report card" that someone came in and walked my dog at 1:09 am!!! This apparently happened while I was sleeping and I had no idea which is so creepy! There have been times where Wag has been extremely helpful but due to the unreliability of it I do not recommend it.
