Always received pleasant, trusted caretakers for my furbabies.

Wag is a great service where I’m able to get a walker most of the time. Everyone has been terrific. My only issue is occasionally not knowing if I’m going to get a walker or not for a couple hrs.

Walker didn’t show up and wag! wasn’t able to find another one. I have generally liked working with wag and was disappointed this time.

I love the convenience as I dont like to leave my dogs alone too long. All the walkers I have had are amazing and my dogs love them. The report cards on each walk is helpful so I know how my babies are doing. Highly recommend

For as large of a company as this has become, the iOS app feels very dated and amateur. I think an investment in a UI/UX team to rebuild the app to be more up to date and less buggy would be a good move to solidify long term retention of users. Phone support seems to be less polished lately. Feels like a change was made and more outsourcing had been used.

Hello! I have been using Wag as a dog walker for the past 2 years periodically. I love walking and taking care of the many dogs, but today was an interesting/stressful day. Shortly after I began my run with this small dog, an off leash large dog charged us and grabbed a hold of the small dog. Yeah, every dog walkers worst nightmare. I was able to safely lift the small dog and run to a neighbors home where they were able to drive me to the owners house after seeing the incident. I called wag emergency and within 1 minute a wonderful man named MJ calmed me down and gave me instructions on what to do next. I also want to thank the wag priority team specifically Lisa, for taking the time to contact the owner in a timely manner and update them. I will always recommend Wag to others. And for any hesitant potential people worried about trusting someone with your pup, let me tell you I did not think twice about saving this little dog. The walkers on this app are confident and skilled, and the Wag customer support team is beyond amazing. And for anyone wondering, the little dog I was walking with made it out of the scary incident with no puncture wounds or scratches, thank the heavens!

I actually truly dislike the service and only use it if I absolutely have to. They don't vet their walkers at all and I've had my dog put in extremely dangerous situations where a walker was chatting with a friend with her back turned to my puppy, one where the walker went MIA on an 20 min walk for an hour with no response, etc. I've had terrible experiences which they've never done anything about at all!
