no point of contact, walker showed up without talking to them first and did not know how to get into house. bad experience and would not recommend

I have used WAG a few times when we went out of town. I have only one problem and that was because the walker didn't put the harness on correctly. Otherwise the walkers we have had have been wonderful. They are very caring and do an excellent job of taking care of our dogs as well as sending reports and wearing the dogs out. I also think this is a great option when it comes to saving money for services needed.

You got the job done fast! Other apps I’ve tried, I still haven’t got a response. Thank you.

Ruby arrived right on time, but we were late. She kindly circled back for a second try which as the charm. And by all Accounts it was a successful outing for all 3 of us. Ruby as very sensitive to a limp rhat Wally had developed only recently and correctly brought him home ahead of schedule as he slowed down. I have set Ruby as my preferred walker.
