I give the vets who responded to my questions 5 stars but, the app overall 3 stars because it is not easy to navigate and customer service can only seem to give scripted answers as opposed to trying to find the answer to my question. This happened multiple times. I just didn't see any value to the app and service.

I left my home this morning with commitments for (2) walks for my dog today and my elderly father had to take my 100# dog out this morning in the cold and rain because your caregiver advised LAST minute she was running 55 or so minutes late! I cancelled her and she was also doing the later walk which I cancelled and requested someone else come. 30 mins prior to the second walk still no confirmation on a new walker. I had to stop the activity I had planned for the day and drive back home because I couldnt make my father take him again. I spoke with a Supervisor Ruth, she explained that Wag was not responsible for what the caregivers did and they couldnt guarantee service. I pay a premium service which seems to have absolutely no sense. VERY DISAPPOINTED. IT IS A LIVING BEING THAT YOU ARE LEAVING STRANDED. HAD I GOTTEN ON A PLANE I CANNOT HAVE ANY GUARANTEES THAT EVEN WITH A CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT I WOULD HAVE SERVICE. THAT IS RUTH’s STATEMENT AND ITS OUTRAGEOUS!! Chelsea returned to walk Chloe and Chloe loved her walk! When I walk Chloe she pulls really hard on the leash. We are working to correct that. Chelsea says that keeping the leash short corrects her pulling. Chelsea is great and very patient.

Great courteous walkers.

One walker that I keep getting set up with tells me that she holds my dog for most of the walk. The price I get charge for her is higher than other walkers and I feel like my dog should be getting his whole 30mins walk not held everytime. It’s a waste of my money.

I love this well thought out app. I feel very comfortable with the walkers and my dog.

When I needed them on the 31 of March they left me hanging without a dog walker
