Great walker :) :)

Maryann F. has walked Bella multiple times and it’s been great. She’s always on time and polite and even though Bella is a big girl that people usually run from she so sweet to her and Bella gets so excited to see her.

All the walkers I’ve had come through Wag are great. I wish that booking last minute was more reliable. I sometimes find myself in a tight spot and realize I won’t get back to my dog in a timely manner. I will often request a walker and estimated time will get pushed back further and further. I once requested a walk sometime around 4pm and the request got pushed back 3 hours after the requested time. I made it home by then and my poor pup raced to the yard to use the bathroom.

Very helpful walkers, I find the interface difficult to negotiate though. It's unclear to me who has accepted to walk and negotiating this with multiple walkers rather than Wag doing this as the intermediary is frustrating.

Had to leave town for a few days and scheduled walks each morning for my dog. I had so much trouble with the app that I ended up having to call and have customer service fix the scheduling and contact the walkers each day. A big headache should have gone with the doggie hotel. Also very expensive. If you need two walks a day, that's a potential $50+ charge/day. Hotel = $35-$50. Will avoid using it again.
