This app is absolute crap. The interface is trash. It takes forever to load. I can’t contact the walker on time half the time because the app itself just doesn’t do what it’s supposed to - I have to quit out and reboot multiple times before it does what it’s supposed to, yet it’s updated and every other service on my phone works fine but not this one. The customer support people are absolutely useless. They constantly have to “check and call back.” It takes FOREVER to get a walker, even when it’s a pre-scheduled walk. This is the least convenient service I’ve ever used. I can’t wait for my dog to start daycare so I never have to use this trash app again.

We meet in a whirlwind of excitement my two fur babies new instantly knew she was the one!!! full of energy and kindness my 2 fur babies knew she was the leader of the pack with knowledgeable, professionalism the pups are eager to see her again absolutely a 10/10

Antonio walked our two German Shepherd puppies on Saturday last week. He arrived promptly and was friendly and polite. He took a picture of our tired pups at the front door after a 20 minute walk. We look forward to having Antonio return for future walks and possible in home care while we take days trips in and around the surrounding hill country of beautiful Texas. I encourage those who are considering using the services of a dog walker through Wag, it was a great first experience. Thanks to my daughter n law who gave me the referral.

My Mia is a very sensitive scared rescue. I was so nervous but both people were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure Mia felt safe and I was at ease. Mia does not prefer men at all. Dale was wonderful with her and actually got her to go outside. And Christine was so loving. She sat with Mia while she ate to make her happy. Lots of pets and hugs and positive happy vibes. Mia liked Christine instantly ❤️ I’m so glad to have found this service. Y’all are lifesavers 🐶🐶🐶

I recently moved back to Oregon. I am trying to work at home, unpack, and get organized. Meanwhile, my puppy is confused about his new surroundings and needs extra attention. I had the WAG app downloaded, but I had not used the service. Enter our dog walking savior, Bradley! Owen loves him, and I am able to get a lot done in the hour they are out walking. Also, the app is so helpful and so easy to use. Lifesaver!

My walker was great. The app, payment and all other navigation tools within the site need work. There is a delay with everything. I was charged twice. This has been corrected. I am now showing a past due balance. Truthfully, it’s not worth the hassle.
