I first used wag when I was under the weather due to my vaccination. Wag teamed me up with one of their top caregivers Shane. I am so grateful! My pups are always happy are chill after a walk with Shane. Shane and wag have made many of my worries go away with the world opening back and me going to work. Thank you so very much you all definitely have a repeat customer. Especially you Shane!

Am new to WAG. Have 2 very active & sassy pups! I also have cancer and anemia, so walks can be hard on my body. The walkers who have come to meet and walk the pups have been really kind and caring. * UPDATE!!! Recently booked a WAG walker. Un fortunately, she had to cancel due to illness in family, so then WAG sought replacement Drop- In WAG people. The replacement person that had been chosen was 30 min. late from scheduled time of 9:30 am, and didn't let me know until 20 to 25 min. into time she should've been there. Then, after walking dogs, she went to wrong apt.! After not finding key/saying it was lost or missing, she then went to apt. office to speak to apt. manager. Then b/c key was missing/she couldn't get in, apt. manager had to call maintenance! Sadly, after an hour or two, the WAG walker realized she was at Wrong Apt.!!! She then said she wasn't wearing her glasses and went to wrong apt. as a result. I was out if town & thought dogs were getting quality care, but was wrong. They were out in heat needlessly, apt. staff was inconvenienced for no real reason in the end, and she caused unnecessary stress to myself & pups. When I voiced issuebin WAG Chat support, I was originally told that since a walk took place, no refund or credit could be given. Then it was determined, I'd get a $20 credit. Now that's cute but Does Not cover stress & inconvenienced it caused. As noted in review, I have 3rd stage non- hodgkins lymphoma & today I was out of town, on way to appointment. Am unsatisfied with setvices rendered or how matter was resolved.

Walk was scheduled for 1 pm today and confirmed. Walker did not attempt to contact me and did not show up. I signed up a VIP and paid $100 . I want a refund and will not be using your service any longer. This is the second time I had a confirmed walk and then a noshow with no contact. Yesterday the walker was wonderful....... Please tell me how to get a refund on the special membership. Kristy Schadt

Leann was awesome! She let me know how Annie was doing and alerted me to the fact that she had gotten sick. She seemed to genuinely care about my pup and I would love to have her puppy sit again!

Joel was fantastic. My dog was cared for and enjoyed the off leash dog park everyday that I was gone. 100% will be using wag again and I will be requesting Joel. Guy is a pro.

Rating is 3.75 Overall positive experience with Wag so far. Fantastic walkers that go above and beyond. Can sometimes be tough to book services if your area isn't very densely populated, but that's not a fault of Wag per se. What I don't like is this new premium service that I feel you need to get if you want a good experience. They further coerce you into this premium service by introducing new service fees that are waived for premium members. I fear this kind of strategy may get worse

Wag has been great since day one. They accommodate my crazy work schedule in order to make sure my dog is walked while I'm working. Karen is very professional and seems to really love dogs. I'm totally satisfied.
