We hired Ally to walk Nova
We hired Ally to walk Nova, our Borzoi, just 2 days after arriving in Minneapolis, and couldn't be more pleased. Ally was prompt, professional, and had a wonderful energy that helped calm our skittish girl. Ally provided interactive updates during the walk, and Nova seemed pleasantly pooped when she got back home. We now have a standing appointment for Nova to get out with Ally and get a better walk than we could provide for her.

In the past I would have given Wag 5…
In the past I would have given Wag 5 stars. However in the past few times that I have used them, even pre-COVID, the app has done a poor job of assigning walkers and/or giving me walkers that were no-shows. The most frustrating instances are when they assign walkers for a scheduled time only to have it reassigned to a time hours later. The support services has diminished in quality compared to when I first started using it years ago. Often it's either a delayed response or no response at all. This is a review of the app and app support itself as the walkers themselves are usually a five star experience. I don't want to knock the quality of service that they provide because 99.9% of the time they are professional and responsive and are amazing people.

I signed up for Dog-Walker Services. Everyone that has come to my home to walk my fur babies have been very pleasant! I would definitely recommend this company.
