Walk Cancelled; Unable to find Walker
The walker canceled the walk, morning of, and didn't tell me. This was after I texted him thanking him for being able to take my dog out later that morning. He never responded to my text, either. Wag wasn't able to find another walker. I had to call around to neighbors until I could find someone to help and let my dog out so she didn't pee in the house. Really unsatisfactory.

I couldn’t be happier with our recent…
I couldn’t be happier with our recent WAG drop-in visits. My Reggie and Rosie seem happy and well cared for when i come home from work. These guys are the most important part of my life and I can now do my job without having to worry about them while I’m away!!! Thanks so much!!!

Very excellent service
Very excellent service. It was my first time using wag and having a dog walker overall my dog is used to her parent walking her. But this wag Walker made my dog feel very comfortable and she gave me some good advice/pointers!

Good experience
We were very happy with the dog sitter we found with Wag. She did a great job, and our dog did really well while we were gone.

The app helped me connect to a dog…
The app helped me connect to a dog sitter that I can trust. The app was pretty easy to use. The only downside is that once you ask for a booking and it's confirmed with a sitter, and If you want to cancel (even if done immediately), it will charge $30. I wish there was a time frame given for a no fee penalty (i.e. you have up to an hour to cancel the service for boarding) for boarding requests. I can see the why there is a cancelation fee for walks, etc.. I only wanted to cancel the boarding request because I meant to send it to my fave pet caregiver and not a new pet caregiver

Obsessed. Long walks for my dog with trustworthy responsible walkers. I’ve never worried about my dogs safety or my houses security

My dog never received her 2pm walk
My dog never received her 2pm walk. The walker never showed and the walk was not rescheduled to another walker. This was an unfortunate oversight!
