Hi Linda and Charles, thank you both for your kind review! We're so glad to hear that your Pet Caregiver, Amanda, was a great pack leader! To be sure to get her again in the future, navigate to the 'Past Caregiver' section of the app to chat on her availability and to book with her directly. Thanks!

Hi Heather, thank you for your kind feedback! We're so glad to hear that your Pet Caregiver, Amanda, is a family favorite! If you'd ever be interested in recommending her for local friends or family too, be sure to navigate to the 'Past Caregiver' section of the app to click the 'share' button next to Amanda's information. From there you can also set up future one-time or recurring services with her - just be sure to book her before all your friends and family do! Thanks again!

Aw, Christina, we appreciate your kind words so much and take them to heart. We understand it's hard to put your loved one's care in someone else's hands. We're so glad that you've chosen Wag! and that Clementine has made new friends! Thank you!

Hi Ellen, thank you for your honest feedback! As there are some variables at play, we'd love to touch on a few possible reasons why you may be seeing that messaging delay. The Pet Caregivers do need to tap in their app, that they've arrived, once on site. If that is already happening, there could also be a delay with cellular data or WiFi; it is highly recommended for both Pet Caregivers and Pet Parents to utilize cellular data with the app. If you're still experiencing this frequently and with multiple Pet Caregivers, we'd like to dig into this deeper and can be reached at [email protected]. Thank you again for your review and please do reach out for any questions or follow-up assistance.
