We appreciate your kind review, thank you! As availability is dependent upon Pet Caregivers within your area, an alternative option might be to utilize our direct booking feature. This is located within the 'Past Caregiver' section of the app, where you can reach out to a specific Caregiver you've had, to chat about their upcoming availability or to even submit a request with a flexible time window. If you need a more set schedule, there is also an option to set up weekly recurring services too! If you need to reach our Customer Support team for any reason, please visit the Help Center within the app. Thank you again!
