Hi Sladjan, I am so sorry to hear about your bad experience! Usually, there are two reasons why the PIN did not work. 1. There is an error in the serial number you submitted. 2. The wiring harness on the back of your radio is loose. There is a connector for anti-theft. If that connector is loose, the radio cannot be activated. In most of the postings on the net I found that RCD 310 must be dismantled and then with some special tools it is done reading or rewriting the code I then found this site and to my surprise and luck, I found kindness and promptness getting the code in less than an hour, just by sending the RCD series. I highly recommend!

Total Scam, fake reviews, Don't do it!
I received an email as soon as I entered in the serial number saying they have the code it'll be sent once paid for. I purchased it through PayPal and the money was taken immediately. Almost an hour goes by and no email for the code. I emailed them back and they replied after another hour that they didn't have a transaction record for me and asked for my PayPal address. I sent that and a picture of the receipt. Another hour passes (We're at three hours now) no response. I email them again saying they have 30 minutes to respond with my code or I'll be reporting them as fraud to PayPal. No response. This company is a fraud. Do not bother!

Got my code within 30 minutes fast and reliable it worked dealer was an charge just under a $100 Paid by pay pal worth every penny Will definitely use the service again if I ever need it And when you get your code be sure to save it just in case you ever need it for that stereo again
