Only once I received wrong code, replied to email, and corrected one was sent out to me in less than hour! Saves lots of money and hassle going to dealership. Boughta radio at a salvage yard call the VW dealer and they told me it would be half hour labor rate and I had to make an appointment for the pin#. So the website paid the $13 and the next day I had my pin in my radio and works great.
