They sent nothing except the receipt. Absolutely no response from them in any way. Just Stealing money here. Beware.

Paid for an Audi radio code, got a receipt right away and as of now it’s been 4 days and still no code received. I got one “sorry we’re experiencing a technical issue and will send your code in 6-12 hours” and since then no response, no refund, nothing. Do not trust this website.

I requested an unlock code, their website says that if they can't provide you with a working unlock code within 24 hours you are entitled to a "full refund". It says however that if they can't provide one do to you giving them an incorrect serial number they're not at fault, therefore no refund. Ultimately I contacted SEVERAL times via their website and by responding to the confirmation email they sent me, I also provided them with pictures of the label to show that my serial number was correct. they never responded to me at all, and they definitely didn't give me my "full refund" that there "refund policy" stated I was entitled to... They are definitely untrustworthy and do not hold up to their own "policies".

I got frustrated at first because it took two days to receive my code, not the two hours advertised. Once it arrived, it worked perfectly. The two-hour window is a stretch, but you will eventually get the code. That’s why I’m giving 3 out of 5 stars.

Scam. No code was ever provided and my inquiries were never responded to.

I had payed for a code, they sent me an email not long after saying they were experiencing a delay that would take about 6-12 hours to resolve. However after that I had never heard from them again. I have reached out MULTIPLE times and no response. This happened nearly a month ago. Took my money, didn’t provide the code and never issued a refund or any kind of contact from them. Terrible

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend VV Codes to anyone. I ordered a radio code from this website and received an incorrect code that simply does not work. I tried contacting their customer support several times, but I received no useful response and my issue was completely ignored. What is even worse is that they refuse to provide a refund for a service that was not delivered correctly. This has been a complete waste of my time and money. Think twice before buying from this website. I definitely will not be using VV Codes again

Absolutely terrible service. Avoid this website! I purchased a radio code from VV Codes, but they sent me the wrong code. I contacted them multiple times by email to explain the problem, but they have not responded properly and seem completely unwilling to resolve the issue. They also refuse to give me a refund despite the fact that the code they provided does not work. I strongly recommend staying away from this website. Do not waste your money here. There are much better and more reliable services available elsewhere
