Code took 5 days to come through, not 2 hours. Company also never responded to my emails to enquire why it was taking so long. Not a great experience overall, probably easier and worth the extra cost to just go to the VW dealership...

I pulled the battery to replace a bulb and my radio went into safe mode. The dealer wanted $65+tax. No thank you. Shimmed my radio out with some thin pieces of metal and got this code for a few bucks. Not bad, wish I had done it sooner, that was a rough couple of weeks. Update: The code worked, but my credit card was defrauded for the first time in my life just a few days after making the purchase. Can't say for sure but it's the only time I've shared my card online in months and it was less than a week after doing this.
