Service provided as promised - wasn't sure on responsiveness (wasn't sure of local times being provided) but email follow up was promptly responded to and code provided worked. Would be nice if they quoted local currency or specified it's in US$ but all good :-)

Was hesitant at first but decided to give it a try (dealership wanted to charge $75 for the code retrieval). Received a payment receipt to my email right away. Waited more than 4 hours... nothing... Emailed them back with radio serial number. They finally got back to me with my code 6 hours after I paid. The code was correct and my radio is now working again. Thank you!

It works! Too bad that instead of two hours as advertised, it took 5 hours to get the code :( but I'm happy with the service tho.

Sent in the radio ID number and about an hour later got the code which worked. Great alternative to taking your car to the dealership and paying them $50 or whatever they would charge.

It’s been over an hour and 10mins since my payment and I have not received the codes or an email from them. *** Edit 01 The codes arrived in just over 2 hours. Seems I may have been an anomaly. Apart from the wait, this was a much better alternative to what the dealership had proposed. Would recommend it.

They are really helpful!!! I submitted my request on weekends and they still get my case worked on, though a little bit later than two hours. But please be patient, they are more patience than anyone else. I input wrong serial number and they emailed me to ask and help me to finish the search. And the best part is the code is really working!!!!! Will recommend them to any one has a safe code problem.

I have received wrong code for my RCD 510, but this was mistake by Vwcodes, and after few hours, I received new correct code. Vwcodes team was helpful after they realized mistake and I can recommend them with hope that they will not make mistakes :)
