Do not buy off this website!! Everything they claim their jewellery to be is false! I had my chain tested by a professional jeweller with specialist equipment. They claim their moissanite diamonds pass the diamond tester and that all their jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver. After having the chain tested the result is shocking, the moissanite diamonds did not pass and the metal is not 925S! They make their jewellery with copper!! which is worthless. It sounds very tin like which was my first indicator that something was off, then I could not find a stamp that all precious metals have. 925 being silver, in the advertising pictures of the clasp on my chain show a stamp but there was no stamp on the chain i received. I don't understand how this site has as many good reviews as it has on trustpilot. I've had to report to trading standards and try recall my money back through my bank which is currently being disputed with the merchant because I tried resolving the issue with the merchant myself and all they've offered was an $80 partial refund when I've paid £321 which was a joke. They also expect you to pay the cost of postage back to China which is upto £100. This merchant are scammers and need closing down IMMEDIATELY!
