Dear Customer, We’ve received your review and are truly sorry for the unpleasant shopping experience. Our moissanite comes in different grades. High-grade moissanite can pass the tester, while lower-grade ones may not due to their internal structure. High-grade moissanite costs over four figures, while our option offers the best balance of clarity, brilliance, and affordability. The only drawback is slightly lower thermal conductivity, meaning it may not always pass a diamond tester—but it is still genuine moissanite with great sparkle! If you prefer a high-grade, fully testable moissanite, you can choose from these links. If you're looking for the best value, our other products are a great choice. After all, affordability is also an advantage! https://vvsbox.com/products/3-5mm-s925-sterling-silver-vvs1-d-moissanite-tennis-chain https://vvsbox.com/products/8-10mm-moissanite-prong-cuban-chain-in-s925-silver https://vvsbox.com/products/8mm-vvs-moissanite-buckle-cuban-necklace
