Horrible!! Horrible!! Horrible! All glass came in my jewelry!! Please please! Do not shop with this company!! Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a tennis necklace and cross pendant. Being that it’s coming from china I expected the delivery to take awhile (it was around 20 days) the tennis necklace was fine but the pendant did NOT look like the cross pendant I seen on the website at allll it was huge and had empty spaces around the stones. When I emailed them I would have to pay to refund the item which I already spent $130 on so they offered me a $25 refund which I think should’ve been more but I accepted cus I wasn’t spending anymore money on jewelry I don’t like. So I would recommend shop somewhere else. Cus the picture I seen that made me buy it was misleading . June 2024

Took a while but when I sent an email in regard to my order they answered my email within 24 hrs. Explained that they are short staffed due to the fact they didn't want to outsource to overseas companies. Also provided tracking. I got the first of 3 orders and I'm quite happy with my purchase and can't wait for the other 2 orders to arrive!

This company and or website is scam! Their website claims 24 hour processing times!! My my order was never processed! Several emails have gone unanswered! I have already disputed the charges with my bank! I should have known better moisanite diamonds are not as cheap as advertised!

This website is a scam. Please avoid at all cost. They are using pictures from other websites to advertise their jewelry. Facebook is taking their business page down as we speak for violating copyright laws.
