Regarding your original piece, we had informed you multiple times that we were unable to produce it, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you. We also cannot produce a piece if we cannot guarantee that it will meet our quality standards. As for the new style you selected, its price is significantly higher than your original order, which is why the price difference needs to be paid. If the new style were cheaper, we would of course refund you the difference.
