Order vv24987 Tracking Number GFUS01058224604291 The package was on my porch when it was delivered, but it was empty. It appears that the back of the package had been cut open, the contents were removed, and the package was then taped back together before being delivered. Unfortunately, we do not have an active Ring camera subscription, so we are unable to access any video footage. Based on the condition of the package upon arrival, it appears the damage occurred before or during delivery. If the delivery driver was not responsible, I would have expected the driver to note that the package had already been cut open or was visibly damaged at the time of delivery. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated further and a resolution provided.

Beware the product is not as described and has 0 durability. Looks good coming out of the box. But after 2 days of wearing it, faded and left a green ring on my wife's neck. I contacted customer service before writing this review. They told me they could not return the item because of their policy of after. It's been worn. They do not accept refunds and offered me thirty percent of to purchase more jewelry to fade in my opinion this was unacceptable resolution. My suggestion would be to buy elsewhere if you want any quality or if you want someone to stand behind their product

I have purchased from VVSBox in the past and have liked their jewelry. Well VVSBox says they have jewelry made of sterling silver so I purchased four items. None of the items were sterling silver, they were plated copper. VVSBox offered me a forty percent off coupon and a statement like we're so sorry. Don't waste your money, VVSBox won't even fix their mistakes, VVSBox could have made it right, but no. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
