I made this review for one reason
I made this review for one reason: I didn’t have this information before I bought this chain.
This piece is visually impressive — heavy, well-designed, and eye-catching. No complaints about appearance or shipping.
The issue is accuracy in how it’s described.
The product is marketed as moissanite and S925 silver. However, I confirmed through direct communication that:
* It does not have a 925 stamp
* The base metal is copper
* The moissanite quality varies
After receiving the item, I tested the stones myself and they did not pass a diamond/moissanite tester. I also requested a GRA certificate, but since the stones did not test correctly, the certificate does not hold practical value.
This is not about attacking the company. It’s about setting expectations.
If this item were clearly labeled as CZ with a plated base, the experience would have been completely different. The product would still be appreciated for what it is.
There are other brands that are transparent about their materials and still maintain strong customer support.
My goal is simply to provide the information I wish I had — so the next person can make an informed decision instead of buying blindly.
‼️Update After Company Response‼️
It’s actually funny how I’m not the only customer reporting the same results. There are multiple people saying the same exact outcome, so the idea that I’m just making this up doesn’t hold up. There’s a repeated pattern here.
So can you explain that? I don’t think so.
This isn’t coincidence. When you look outside of your platform—YouTube reviews, other sites, real customer discussions—you see people saying the same thing I’m saying: stones not passing testers, expectations not matching what was advertised.
But on your website? Nothing but positive reviews.
I find it highly suspicious that any negative experience—especially ones calling out issues like moissanite not passing a diamond tester—somehow never appears publicly on your platform. No company is perfect, and that’s okay. But from the outside looking in, it seems like you’re trying to present a flawless image while filtering out anything that tells the full story.
Thank you for your response, but let’s call this what it is—damage control.
You’re coming on here confidently trying to debunk my review, but I have proof of both of my diamond testers—one standard and one professional—testing the jewelry I purchased from you, and neither indicated moissanite. That’s not an opinion, that’s physical evidence.
What’s interesting is that you feel comfortable making these claims here, knowing that this platform does not allow me to upload photos and show my proof. That gives you room to speak freely without being challenged visually. But on your own website—where I actually did submit my review with photos, tester results, and even screenshots of our conversations—you chose to block it from being seen. So the real question is: if you’re so confident in your product, why suppress verified customer proof on your own platform?
You stated that your moissanite comes in different grades and that lower-grade versions may not pass a tester. That explanation does not align with my testing results or with how genuine moissanite is expected to behave. Regardless of “grade,” moissanite should still register due to its thermal properties. What you’re describing raises serious concerns about what is actually being used in these pieces.
And to be clear—if you read my review carefully, I gave you credit where it was due. You do make decent, solid, heavy jewelry. I never said your jewelry was “fake.” My issue has always been with the way it is marketed.
You do not need to falsely advertise by using misleading photos labeled “925 sterling silver” and repeatedly pushing the word “moissanite” across your listings when that is not consistently what customers are receiving—especially with your heavier, fully iced-out chains. Your competitors manage to be transparent—if it’s CZ, they say it’s CZ. If it’s moissanite, they separate it clearly. That’s called honesty.
Not everyone who comes to your site is naive, and professionals and informed buyers will question what doesn’t add up. If your product can stand on its own, there should be no need for these tactics.
Again, I stand by everything I said, and I have the photos and testing proof to back it up—even if I’m not allowed to show it here. The only thing I want you to take from my review as a paying customer is this: stop misleading people. Call your jewelry what it actually is.
Because when people eventually see the proof, the truth speaks for itself.

Dear customer, thank you so much for your detailed feedback. Most material descriptions are clearly stated on our website, and the stones we sell are real moissanite.
Our moissanite has different grades. High-grade ones can pass testers, while lower-grade versions might not due to internal structure differences. Premium moissanite costs over a thousand US dollars, and our moissanite balances sparkle and cost well. Though it may not always pass diamond testers for lower thermal conductivity, it’s still authentic moissanite with great shine.
We truly take your suggestions to heart and will optimize our product descriptions to avoid misunderstandings for future buyers.

NOT MOSSANITE
The description of my order suppose to Mossanite Necklace and Bracelet. It wasn't. I have a diamond tester and it didn't test out to be Mossanite. The necklace and bracelet are nice but it'd not Mossanite. False advertisement. It would been 5 stars but I got fooled

I receive a text and email for 50% off with a code and the code did not work. Also so far it’s taking a little long to receive my order for the amount of money I paid for.
