Paris made it so easy for us to decide what Engagement Ring we wanted. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, and answered any questions we had. The process seemed overwhelming before meeting with Paris at Vrai but now we have a piece of mind knowing we are buying from a wonderful company!

Andrea Mamula was fantastic in helping us find our dream engagement ring and wedding bands. She was patient, accommodating, and offered helpful advice about selecting the best choice for us. We would recommend her to anyone and appreciate her help in such a huge decision and purchase in our lives!

We had the pleasure of working with Paris Jackson-Harris. She was very nice, professional and accommodating. We are on the west coast and she zoomed with us (east coast time) which was very late for her. She picked a diamond for me that I love. Debbie M.

Andrea Mamula helped me find the perfect engagement ring and was patient and knowledgeable. She brought a variety of versions of what I was looking for and had great advice/tips. I never felt pressure to buy something I did not want and felt like I was heard. The ring was well received and added greatly to how special our engagement was.

We had an appointment with Christopher. He guided us through choosing the setting and the right diamond with a lot of professional knowledge. VRAI was the second store we shopped and because of the seamless process and impeccable customer service, we purchased the ring on the day of.

Christopher Mossman made the whole experience of buying an engagement ring extremely easy! He showed us different settings and diamonds, dove into the "4 C's", and answered all of our questions. I would recommend Christopher, this VRAI location, and their products to anyone.

I want to thank Elan for the professionalism, knowledge and easy process in helping me choose the perfect ring for the biggest question in life and love, Will You Marry Me. I enjoyed the process of being able to see all the possible options and getting a better understanding on the 4 Cs of a diamond. Elan understand what I was looking for, the vision and what would fit best for my girlfriend. I would recommend anyone to Elan and VRAI for the best, easy and straightforward experience. I enjoyed being able to also go on their website and create a ring and see all the available options.

For my birthday my boyfriend bought me this beautiful “Orion” bracelet. I recently saw they had matching earrings, and fell in love! I saw they were out of stock so I contacted the store to see if they happened to have them or a back order date. Andrea went above and beyond! She found pieced together a pair out of all the retail locations! Shortly after they arrived quickly to my door. She was there every step of the way and made sure to update me. I can’t wait to purchase the Orion ring and build my engagement ring here! I will continue working with her in the future!
