Kathleen was amazing to work with and the epitome of great customer service. I really appreciated her clear, quick communication and patience throughout the process. If anyone at Vrai is reading this, you need to promote her asap. Truly a rarity in today's world.

Worked with Elyse Forte who made this experience so easy. Elyse had a lot of great knowledge about diamonds and most importantly she was very punctual and responsive in answering my MANY questions. I admittedly had to change plans a couple of times and Elyse was accomodating for that as well and made sure I was fully sure about the ring before pulling the trigger. Delivery of the ring was quick as well.

I had worked with Natalia Castro on the design of the engagement ring and she was so knowledgeable, prompt, and patient when it came to every question and pivot I had. She made this experience so smooth and easy. I would recommend VRAI and Natalia to anyone looking.

What started as a stressful, high-stakes decision became completely effortless thanks to Elyse and the incredible team at VRAI. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Elyse has a rare gift for breaking down intricate details with flawless clarity, leaving me feeling confident and pressure free. You can genuinely feel how much she cares about her clients. To top it off, I was on a razor thin deadline, and they pulled off a rush delivery without missing a beat.

Even though I forgot to mention to customer service when I placed my order for the Floating Solitaire Huggie Hoops that I needed the earrings for the next day, not in the standard 2 days delivery, VRAI staff sprung into action & scheduled my jewelry for overnight delivery, so I could surprise my daughter on her birthday! Amazing service! Thank you so much Erin and Ilaria! Plus VRAI is so sensitive to the environment in their manufacturing process, wonderful! Best to all. Jerry Rosen

Got my wedding right at Vrai in Yorkville, Toronto. They were super helpful and patient there with us. A few months later I decided my ring was just a little too big and sent it back to get re-sized. They did this at no cost and got my ring back to me very quickly, in about a week! Not it fits perfectly. Great experience with Vrai overall. Highly recommend.

**Beautiful piece, broken warranty service - think twice before buying.** I bought a VRAI bracelet. Then it broke and the warranty experience has been extremely disappointing. There is no local UK repair option, despite VRAI's UK retail presence. Every repair is shipped to the US at the customer's cost and risk, with a two-month turnaround. They also require an upfront deposit, quoted in USD and justified by "fluctuating FX rates," though FX wasn't a concern when they charged me in pounds at purchase. Customer service acknowledged they can't tell whether the damage is a manufacturing defect without inspection, meaning customers pay upfront to find out whether they were owed a free repair to begin with. VRAI positions itself as a 'sustainable' brand that "follows the leading global framework for carbon neutrality," yet UK customers are required to ship pieces across the Atlantic for any repair/inspection. If you're considering VRAI for an engagement ring or any meaningful gift, ask yourself: if there is a need for repair, do you really want to spend two months without it, ship it across the Atlantic at your own risk, and pay upfront to have it inspected?

I bought a platinum ring from VRAI in early 2020 that recently warped (in 2026). They claimed it was normal wear and tear so I paid out of pocket for a repair in January. I got it back in late February and the ring bent again in the exact same spot within two weeks of normal daily wear. I do not wear it to the gym or do heavy lifting. When I sent it back they refused to stand by their work. Instead of properly reinforcing the weakened platinum during the first repair they clearly just bent it back into shape. Now customer service wants to charge me another $85 for the exact same temporary fix. Their lifetime warranty has too many loopholes and their paid repairs are inadequate. Save your money and take your ring to a local jeweler who will actually fix the metal permanently instead of trapping you in a cycle of repair fees.
