Place my order and got the invoice with a tracking number the very next day. The day before it was due to arrive to me i checked the tracking and it said UPS hadnt even received it yet. Confirmed with Voxelpla and they said they hadnt shipped it yet and they didnt know when they would. Requested a refund as i wasnt willing to wait an unkwown time. They said yes in email and i expected to receive that back within a few days. Tried to email again to confirm when the refund would be processed and now i get no replys to emails at all. Be careful with these guys as ive seen very good reviews for these guys and also very bad.

Scammers, don't send product, send made up tracking info with made up delivery attempts.

Ordered ams printed parts. A major part arrived broken. The jacked me around for several days then wouldn’t return emails, avoid this company

I ordered an ams python 1.05, enclosure, and bento box on Feb 20th. I told them that I understand it would take time and to just be honest with me when it will ship. I got an email from them saying it would ship on the 23rd or 24th. Never got anymore information so I contacted them then they assured me it would be shipped on the 28th. A week after not hearing anything and the tracking number that I was given was still in pre-shipment I contacted them again. Each time I contacted them I said just be honest with me and let me have accurate information. This continued to happen 3 times until I said that I wanted to cancel my order of around $200. They ended up finally shipping my order. First box came about a month later March 20th second box came beginning of April. So I was supposed to get a Python 1.05 and what was sent to me was 1.04 or earlier. So I ended up printing about half of the ams conversion kit myself anyway to make it 1.05. My Bento Box was missing the adapter which the shipped out right away that's the only reason I give them 2 stars rather then 1. I finally got my full order today April 8th. So between being told lies and not getting the right version and having to print about half of the ams conversion kit myself. I would not recommend or will use this company again. They didn't even try to offer anything for compensation. If they had I would have given them a better rating.

I had originally wanted to purchase some items, but had been avoiding ordering because of international shipping fees. After reaching out to them, I got a response within 2 hours offering me a heavily discounted shipping cost. Within a day the order was shipped, and I received it (in Canada) in just over a week. Very positive experience overall, would definitely purchase again.

dont waste your time/money. if you think the python kit is sitting there ready to ship,,,, it is not. if you think the py enclosure panels are ready to ship they are not. if you think you are going to save time/money with voxel your not. same scam over and over. march 10 make order. 3/14 confirmed 4/6 will ship last panels 2nd box next wed. maybe. {"The replacement is being prepared and it will go out first thing on Wednesday."} zero positive to say about them.

I ordered my Python kit on March 5. I received a partial shipment on March 31, despite a promise of same-day shipping and a March 19 promise of 1 to 2 day shipping for my inconvenience. My box says 2nd box to follow, but I have received a message from Voxel that the order is complete and delivered. So I have an incomplete Kit. Voxel has yet to reply to my emails. The company and its representatives are untruthful. Order from them with extreme caution.

I ordered their IKEA lack enclosure kit, which is essentially 2 tables, some 3D printed parts and plexiglass. It was advertised to arrive within 2 weeks. After 5 weeks and multiple emails I finally had tracking information. The package that arrived only contained the 3D printed parts. No tables, no plexiglass. How are you going to ship an enclosure without any of the components that make it an enclosure? I was told the remaining parts are coming in a future package. Following more emails and multiple weeks I got another shipment. This time I received the tables and plexiglass, except I was missing all 8 table legs. It has now been over 2 months since my order and I still do not have my enclosure. This has been the worst purchasing experience in my entire life. 0/10 would not recommend. PS the quality control for the 3D printed parts was garbage and I'm extremely disappointed in the quality
