Shipping - Fix 'Same Day' Claims
Ordered a Bento Box, HULA feet, and some PLA - shipping ticket created immediately. About a day prior to delivery, I reached out to Voxel as my order had not yet shipped. They apologized and said it would ship the next day (original order delivery date) and that tracking would update in 24-48 hours. I didn't believe it based on prior reviews. My tracking updated and the product was expedited on a holiday weekend. Everything arrived as expected, just a few days late. They need to change the same-day shipping claims...not sure why they have this plastered everywhere or why they have issues with fulfillment. But overall the issue was corrected and I am impressed with the products received.
