VossingtonReviews of vossington.com

The product was high quality and made very well. Vossington's website was easy to navigate and portrayed all of their products perfectly so that I knew what to expect. Vossington as a brand was very easy to work with, and they provided assistance throughout every stage of the process.

good quality, fast shipping, great customer service!

Excellent service and product!

I didn't like the style of frame I'd ordered when I put it with the photos I'm framing. I promptly ordered a style that will work and contacted customer service about making a return. Sophie was responsive, professional, and got my return authorization to me pronto! I've ordered frames from Vossington in the past and been similarly satisfied with both the high quality of the product and the superior service. Free returns are a big plus, too! I will definitely continue to buy my frames from Vossington!

Beautiful frames! These exceeded my expectation and then some! I got the thin walnut frames in 24x24! Looks gorgeous in our bedroom!

Really nice quality

I couldn’t even get my print into the frame, the metal pins that hold the artwork are difficult to use and damaged the print. This is not a glass frame but a cheap thin piece of plastic that cracked before I even got the artwork in the frame. I have tried to initiate a return multiple times and no response from customer service. Do not waste your money.

They not only couldn't find my first order, they immediately sent a second frame which is absolutely perfect!! They were wonderful to work with!
