The frames are great quality and look exactly as they are portrayed on the website. Perfect value for the price.

The first frame I ordered arrived with a crack in the glass, but after contacting Vossington’s customer service (very simple to access) they sent a new frame at no extra charge. The new frame is perfect, very nice quality!

I am very happy with the three 20 x 30 bronze frames I ordered. I was leery of the plexiglass (instead of glass) but it looks perfectly fine and is very light weight. They were an excellent value and arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Pros: lightweight, easy to use hardware, modern, well packaged, quick shipping, easily fit artwork and mat, affordable, better quality than can be purchased at box stores. Cons: Acrylic glass is extremely reflective, larger frames (24"x30") not ridged enough so the acrylic bows, cannot be placed near heat source (over fireplace or in direct sunlight) because the acrylic will expand like a balloon. Summary: I would purchase 18x24 or smaller again for a space where reflection and heat are not an issue.

Print arrived damaged and was poorly packaged. It was disappointing considering the quality that your website advertises. However, print would’ve been perfect if not damaged in transit.
